Photographer's Note
The Ciutat de les arts i ciencìes or the city of arts and sciences in Valencia is one of the leading tourist spots in Valencia. The complex stretches approximately 3 kilometers, from Palau des Arts up to the end which is the Oceanographic.
In this photo you can see the (left to right)
L'Hemisfèric - inspired in the shape of the eye, this infrastructure has an Imax theater, Planetarium and Laserium inside.
Next to it is the El Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe — an interactive museum of science ehich resembles the skeleton of a whale.
The tallest harp-like infrastructure is the El Puente de l'Assut de l'Or — the bridge that connects the south side with Minorca Street, whose 125 meters high pillar makes it the highest point in the city.
Behind it is the L'agora- a covered plaza in which concerts and sporting events are held. Last October, L'agora served as the home for the 2010 ATP World-Tour Tournament.
and on to the right is the L'umbracle (not enough shown) - a landscaped walk with plant species indigenous to Valencia. It harbors in its interior The Walk of the Sculptures, an outdoor art gallery with sculptures from contemporary artists and a dinosaur museum if i'm not mistaken.
Shot was hand-held, taken around 5 am in the morning.

this is an impressive presentation of calatrava's works in valencia. very nice photo with a good informative note. the pov you found gives a chance to see all these buildings from a comprehensive angle. i like it.
