Continuing post...

L'Àgora, one of the structures found in the City of Arts and Sciences.

Agora, a greek word literally meaning a "Gathering Place" or "Assembly" was a center for athletic, artistic, spiritual and political life in the ancient times in Greece.

Adopted from the Greek term, this multifunctional covered space designed none other than Santiago Calatravaa is a versatile space that will allow the holding of varied events, from staging of congresses, conventions, concerts, and performances; it can also be converted into an exhibition area.

This was actually the home for the successful Valencia Open 500 Tennis Tournament, one of the most important international sports meetings.

By the way, I've included a workshop image, it differs from the angle a little bit. And if you have time, Check out my other photos in my Ciudad de las Atres y Ciencias SERIES.
