Photographer's Note
One of Gaudi's most famous creations is La Pedrera (the Quarry), located at 92 Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona. The building is also known as Casa Milà. It's built in Gaudi's famous (and wacky) "biomorphic" style giving much of it the appearance of a living organism.
For me, the roof of the building was the highlight. It has what's called the "Chimney Park" with all the chimneys taking the guise of strange sculptures which are quite difficult to define. These ones look like helmeted knights, while others resemble faces or twisted crosses.
The house is accessible for an entrance fee, which is more than worth it. This is one of Barcelona's treasures and is not to be missed.

Good evening James,
Very artistic and graphical composition. In the thumbnail I was expecting some kind of masks, masked people of a crazy Carnaval etc. But the "roof and chimneys" really surprised me. The color of the my masks:))and the sky make good contrast.
Congratulations and regards
Sibel

Hi James,
I like the tight cropping onto these amazing designs, and the colour contrast between the blue sky and cream/orange structure is superb. Very good clarity and strong composition. Well done.
Cheers Grant
