Photographer's Note
Barceloneta is a very charming working class neighborhood sitting on a peninsula between Barcelona's port and the beach. It is a mixture of old high rise buldings and some even older houses. The streets are full of balconies with hanging clothes and other charming details.

Es curioso como la Barceloneta se ha convertido en un lugar turístico. Visité Nápoles hace poco y algunas de sus calles se parecían mucho a las de este barrio que aquí nos muestras. Será el mediterraneo que más que ser un mar que separa, es un mar que hermana. Me gusta Daniel, un beso.

comment t'as fait pour prendre cette photo, tu étais grimpé sur une poubelle/voiture.
Je n'ai jamais résussi à prendre ces ruelles convenablement. Et j'apprécie cette photo.
Faudra expliquer à Eric que les ombres sont forcément sombres :)
belle compo, et je retouve bien là ce que j'ai en mémoire.

I never can get enough of these kind of balcony shots. I love the typical mess and atmoshere and you captured it as it is ... La Vida.
Whats the difference between these balconies and those in Cuba? ... none ;)

Nice charming picture! There are a lot of shadow zones but still I think it may be a little dark...I like the compo and thanks to the clothes hanging, you have got nice colors too!

Hi Daniel,
I like this balcony shot as this is the place where you can truly see the character of the place. People tend to be very natural here. I enjoyed this composition and the strong shadows emphasized the depth. It is interesting to note that most people are the same no matter where they live. Interesting shot!! Best regards.

Different messy things on each balcony. Same every where as I saw. If you are living after second floor then throw it ;) But every time they are so beautiful, so attractive. I like sharp and clear view and colors in your photograph. Congratulations.
