Photographer's Note
Cebrecos is a very nice village close to Cocoland and has a beautiful church and wonderful natural landscapes. Their people is also very kind and this little village is, somehow, the history of Castile.
It has a great past. There was people before Roman conquered this place and after romans and visigods there were muslims, but only for a short time.
Then, when Christians came back there was its first great moment: the 11-12th century. This moment was the first great moment of Castile and never they reached that same level.
Two centuries later there was another good moment for its History (and, believe me, its church "speaks" in the same way). Castile was rich but the people who was there was very poor (15 and 16th century). After these centuries the History of Castile and the history of these villages has gone down and finally the future of these village is very dark and the future of Castile too.
Finally also there has been a third great moment for the History of Castile. Somehow is the shortest but also is the only "eternal": Antonio Machado.
And villages like this one, sure, would have inspired him.

aother good shot. your note/history behind this simple inmage is intersting. i like the slight curve of the horizon. the color suits the mood. however the sun glow,, i feel a bit to harsh. tfs, hv a nice day

Hi Carlos,
A beautiful field landscape that also tells me how big Europe is. In Finland fields might look like that in August.
The sun is beautifully presented with very smooth transition from white to orange. In my experience it's quite hard for camera sensors to make thta look right.

Hola Carlos, after reading so many nice things about this village in your note I would expect to see a photo of it... ;-) Instead I see a wonderful landscape that reminds me of Alentejo, which I miss. Marvellous ondulating field, lovely warm tones. Superb capture against the sun.

Una interesante imagen, supongo que usaste algún tipo de filtro, ya que ese sol es muy brillante.

J'aime beaucoup cette ambiance lumineuse et ensoleillée.
On sent la chaleur de la fin de journée qui inonde ces champs de blé.
Les silhouettes des arbres sont superbes sur la colline.
Une image très réussie.
