Chapel pantheon of the Marquis de Comillas.

For the construction, the architect, followed English models and Central Perpendicular, resulting in a cathedral in miniature, in keeping with the deeply religious spirit of the artisan and Don Claudio López Bru, second Marquis of Comillas.

Inside the tombs were erected the first Marquis, his brother Claude and the second Marquis, El Panteon de Don Claudio Lopez y Lopez and Dona Benita Díaz de Quijano (1881) is an outstanding example of Catalan modernist sculpture in Cantabria.

Inside the chapel, the presbytery is richly ornamented altar table with polished bronze, the front with the symbols of the Gospels and the Agnus Dei, and the image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Also added furniture designed by Gaudi, Gothic even airs, but announcing modernism.

The opening of the chapel-pantheon, coincided with the visit of Alfonso XII of Comillas in 1881.
