Cider contry from vasco country up to Galicia.
Here in Cantabria no gaz additive inside, so it has to be rather 'shaked'.
this is why the waiter takes your glass every 5 mn to drop you some inside and therefore you have to drink all before next !

Il n'y a aucun gaz rajouté dans le cidre de Cantabrie.
C'est pourquoi il faut le servir frappé!
Le principe consiste à le verser de très haut, ... bon quelquefois ca tombe sur les chaussures... il y a un peu de perte mais c'est vrai qu'il est bien bon ainsi.
En plus on mange souvent très bien comme ici avec multitudes de fruits de mer très bien cuisines et servis en tapas.
