The Piedra Monastery, a water paradise.

In the middle of the province of Zaragoza we find one of the most important tourist sets of Europe. The Stone monastery not only lodges a beautiful monastery of Cistercian heredity, with big artistic value, also it assembles a landscape unusual environment in the Peninsula, surrounded with cascades and spectacular jumps of water, and group of caverns along which it is possible to walk.

The Monastery hides in the most steep saws of the Iberian System, inside the municipal term of nuévalos. A paradisiac place that is covered in two hours and a half and that allows to enjoy a natural place without precedents.

The Cave Iris is undoubtedly one of the most impressive, with the walls of the caverns forming a luck of rasped by that it is possible to walk and to admire the height of dizziness. The cracked Tail of Horse is the one that has a major jump of the whole set. It offers a spectacular image that nothing has to envy to other more exotic cataracts, in addition to Iris hides the mysterious cave.

This photo is taken from the interior of the cave and the cascade that is seen is the Tail of Horse that has a height of 50 meters.
