Photographer's Note
Happy New Year to all of you!
The fact that I was silent on TE for nearly 3 weeks doesn't mean my camera was silent.
I spent this Xmas and New Year's Eve in Andalucía mainly relaxing, enjoying sun and travelling but also took some photos so here is an example.
Taken in Granada's Sacromonte quarter known as the birthplace of flamenco music and dance, for its white houses partially built inside caves, for its proximity to Sierra Nevada mountains and Alhambra palace. I really love this place.

Happy New Year to You Ondrej,
Nice to see Your Andalucian composition. Typically white walls and nice mountains in the background. Maybe it was too hard sunlight but I can feel the atmosphere of this place very well,

Hi Ondrej,
I of course read your critique but was waiting for your first post in order to find the chance to thank you. Now it is the chance: Thank you and welcome back! :)
Your recent life in Spain seems to have dragged you to the heart of Latin music and flemenco. This is great. I didn't know that flamenco was born in the mountains. This is also great.
Your first post depicts this interesting place of birth somewhat in a dark mood. You have adjusted the contrast successfully without being overexposed, because you have dark sides and bright white sides combined in one. The blur of the BG adds great depth to the vast landscape. Not a colorful one as I had expected as your return photo but this one is also a great share.
PS: I am glad with my new babe but we are still trying to get used to each others. I have to learn lots and lots. :))
