Sipak ili sipurak, divlja ruza, pasja ruza, divlji sipak, pasja draca, plotna ruzica, bela ruza, sepurika (lat. Rosa canina) je biljka iz porodice ruza (Rosaceae).
Ime roda (Rosa — ruza) ovoj biljci dali su jos stari Rimljani, a ime vrste potice od latinskog caninus — pasji.
Koren je veoma razvijen i duboko prodire u zemljiste.
Stablo Listopadni zbun visok 2-3 m sa dugim, debelim i razgranatim granama koje rastu uspravno. Grane su obrasle jakim trnovima koji su pri osnovi siroki i srpasto se povijaju prema dole. Kora na starim granama je smedja, a na mladim mrkozelena, cesto crvena.
Listovi su neparno perasto slozeni, dugi do 9cm. Obicno sadrze 7 rese, duge 1,5-2,5cm i 1,0-1,5cm siroke.
Plodovi su orasice duge do 2cm. U sebi sadrze veci broj uglastih, dlakavih orascica. Plod je poznatiji pod narodnim nazivom sipak pa se i citava biljka tako zove. Sazreva u septembru i oktobru.

Rosehip or dog rose, wild rose, dog rose, wild rosehip, dog rose, dog rose, white rose, rosehip (lat. Rosa canina) is a plant from the rose family (Rosaceae).
The name of the genus (Rosa - rose) was given to this plant by the ancient Romans, and the name of the species comes from the Latin caninus - dog.
The root is very developed and penetrates deep into the soil.
Tree Deciduous shrub 2-3 m high with long, thick and branched branches that grow upright. The branches are overgrown with strong thorns that are broad at the base and bend down in a sickle. The bark on the old branches is brown, and on the young dark green, often red.
The leaves are oddly pinnately compound, up to 9 cm long. They usually contain 7 fringe , long 1.5-2.5 cm long and 1.0-1.5 cm wide.
The fruits are nuts up to 2 cm long. They contain a large number of angular, hairy nuts. The fruit is better known as rosehip, so the whole plant is called that. It ripens in September and October.
