Sljiva na Avali.

Avala je planina kod Beograda.

Šljive su ukusom i oblikom srodne nektarinama i breskvama. Imaju gustu i čvrstu teksturu oko koštice. U svežem obliku se mogu naći od maja do oktobra.

Što se hranljive vrednosti šljive tiče, najvažniji je podatak da obiluje antioksidantima, a to je dokazano u raznim istraživanjima. Šljiva sadrži i vitamin C, koji pomaže boljoj apsorbciji gvožđa u organizmu. Takođe, ovaj vitamin pomaže i u smanjenju rizika od srčanih bolesti, šloga i nekih vrsta kancera. Šljiva sadrži i vitamin A u obliku beta-karotina, vitamin B2, vlakna i kalijum.

Avala mountain near Belgrade.

Plum flavor and shape are related nectarines and peaches. They have a thick and firm texture around the pit. In a fresh form are available from May to October.

What is the nutritional value of plums, the most important fact is that the rich in antioxidants, and it has been proven in various studies. Plum contains vitamin C, which helps to better absorption of iron in the body. Also, this vitamin helps in reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke and certain cancers. Plum contains vitamin A as beta-carotene, vitamin B2, potassium and fiber.
