Photographer's Note
Another shot of the impressive medieval Huniad family castle in the city of Hunedoara(Eisenmarkt/Huniadstadt/Vajda Huniad). Here can be seen the imposing gothic facade of the Knights' (first level) and the Council (second level) grand rooms and the spire of the 16th century gatetower. The shot was taken from the stream below the castle.
The picture was taken with my digital camera and edited in Photoshop (resized, sharpened, frame, saved for web)

Bâtiment pris sous un angle interessant et efficace, montrant la quasi totalité de la face exposée et des toitures. Grande netteté permettant d'appercevoir des détails architecturaux.
J'apprécie aussi la beauté des couleurs et leur naturel.

This angle does present it in a dramatic fashion. And it makes the castle look very formidable and untouchable. The walls are so strong and rise strongly from their rocky foundation. The repetition of the buttressing adds to the verticality of the shot, especially in how they culminate at their tops. Textures and lighting are nice. The lighting actually softens it quite a bit so, though it still is formidable, it seems separated from its fortress past and now lives in more peaceful times.
