The outdoor Christmas Market in Cluj. Piata Unirii (Union Square) is a popular outdoors venue adjacent to the Matthias Corvinus statue and the Roman Catholic Church of St Michael. I am not sure what the fg sculpture is supposed to represent. Not enough crystals for snowflakes! There's another in the bg.

Hello Chris,
The decorations in the foreground don't look quite like snowflakes, but it doesn't matter much. They are bright and attractive and help to create a fine atmosphere for Christmas. Even more impressive is the "tent" of LED lamps covering the square. It's a well exposed photo from the blue hour.

I don't think it matters that there are not enough points for a snowflake, it is a bright, snowflake-like design and makes a fine, f/g, focal point, a good introduction to the illuminated poles and tent-like structure, which graces the rest of the scene.
It's a super, blue hour shot, sharp, full of interest and well composed.

Hello Chris, the introduction of LED lighting has transformed lights such as the Christmas decorations that we see her.

Hello Chris, There is still one month to Christmas! You begin the Christmas series very early :). How will it look this year? In Poland, one can invite up to 5 persons. Luckily, my son has only one daughter :).

a beautiful visual effect with these lights against the blue dark sky and the crowd around, visible yet. I have a view with Christmas light to post in my town last year, but I will post it many weeks ahead.

Hi Chris,
Excellent blue hour photo. The exposure reveals the colours of the lights perfectly, and the crowd of people is also visible but not obtrusive. And yes, someone should tell the designer that snow crystals have 6-fold symmetry, not 4-fold.

This is a very pretty night shot, and the exposure is perfect. It looks like there were a lot of people in the market. I wonder if they even had a market this year... The canopy of lights and the illuminated pole are very nice. Take care!
