Photographer's Note
TE is a wonderful place where the exchange of opinions may change into a regular chat with people who I do not know, but who I consider to be my virtual friends.
HAFD "Have a Fun Day" is an expression I borrowed as a title from our discussion with Ricx, because the pure joy of the children enjoying the sun and the beach in the image is (in my opinion) illustrating these words perfectly.
In the workshop I have posted also a sepia version, though I prefer the blue colour of the ocean in the original.
I will appreciate your comments.

there is no problem to see that these two kids HAFD :)
The result would have been totally different if you had used a flash in this situation. I prefer this one, two happy silhouettes with a promise of a long and happy summer,Tfs !

Morning, This is such a special image.. Its a real HAFD image.. These special kids having so much in the sun.. Its well framed and I like the shap shadows.. Thanks for supporting the HAFD movement on TE.. (It brought a fun smile to me this morning)..

Hello Romana,
I much prefer this picture to your workshop. I agree that it is nice to see the blue of the ocean although the sepia tone does give a nice aged "Old World" effect.
It certainly looks as these two young children are having a Fun Day. I guess you were too. You did extremely well to shoot this directly into the sun and not have lots of lens flare. The details in the sand are beautiful.

Great picture that really illustrates "A fun day"
It is easy to see that the kids are enjoying the beach life.
Great with backlight and the children in silhouette.
Good POV and details / shadows in the sand.

Hi Romana, I think for children its a HAFD daily, they can find joy in such simple things we as adults generally tend to overlook. This a really beautiful and i would say a perfectly timed as well.
