TE meeting in the Sacavem Medieval Fair with, Paulo (juntas), Aires (AiresSantos).
This scene happened on the 3rd Medieval Fair of Sacavém.
The Medieval Fair of Sacavém. The rows of market stalls, where practical and decorative items made in the spirit of the Middle Ages are sold, create the real feeling of a fair. Along with the public, over a fifty actors, numerous musicians, dancers, beggars, victims of the plague and other performers liven up the market spirit. Outdoor reenactments performed amidst the public bring to the stage noblemen and peasants, clergymen, merchants, artisans and jesters. The displays by master craftsmen and apprentices, provides an insight into traditional medieval handicrafts. Also local traditional gastronomy will served in a true medieval atmosphere.
About: Sacavém is a Portuguese city and parish , in the municipality of Loures, just a few kilometers northeast of the Portuguese capital, Lisbon. The parish covers an area of 3.81 km², with a population of 17,659 inhabitants.
Sacavém was very well-known for its famous ceramics.
