We are at Seixal Bay.
Another carcass ready to give up its fight against the elements and the abandonment it has been voted.
The old classic boats are being replaced by new ones and the charm of the bay with the old boats is now being updated to another kind of charm.
Now the boats with working purposes are being replaced by the ones with a ludic purpose, also nice but not the same thing.

well, i guess its a welcome back to TE moment! :)
looking at this photo, i can't help but wonder if its an HDR? looks similar.
i totally agree, I think these older boats carry so much more distinctive charm - not to mention they have lots of stories to tell.
love the rustic look here.

Modern boats have no charm , I agrre with you . This old one is splendid , but probably will never sail on the sea .
I like the tight framing and the superb colors . Almost like a painting .

The characteristic design of these boats are very eye-catching!
I like the close-up view and the composition. It brings one into the scene. The colours and textures give a lot of character to your photo.

this is a terrific composition with the boat positioned towards the viewer and creating a superb perspective. the colours are very appealing, especially the white tones of the boat and the blue in the sky. the little boats on either side in the background create a nice balance.

Hello Paulo - Lovely wide-angled view of this neglected lady. Excellent tonal range, is the shot and HDR process? Maybe a little soft focus-wise but a pleasure to view. Best regards Rosemary
