Although the photo has little contrast, with lots of "noise", The idea is good.
You should also align the horizon with the horizontal (check the workshop I did), and compose a longer note :)
Nevertheless, the sun reflected on the water is beautifu.

Very noicy picture Muriel. The silhoutte of a city is good but its noice distracts.
