Photographer's Note
To pick up the challenge thrown by Polonaise with his Opulence photo (http://www.trekearth.com/gallery/photo810037.htm) I took an immediate trip to the nearest beach to find an opulence or an "opaleniec"* of any kind to take a photo of him on the sand and young people playing at the shore with a beautiful town spread in the background. And I have succeeded thought it took three photos not one. Here you can see clearly the sand of the beach and young girls playing at the shore of the sea. As it happened the shore is frozen a little, nevertheless it's still the shore of the sea.
As to the naked opulent-or-tanned man you can find him in the workshop while he is running out of the water as he has happened to take the sea bath just a moment ago. At last there is a second WS showing a view of beautiful town of Sopot in the background. And that is that. As a bonus for clicking trice you've got an extra amount of seagulls here and there.
*opaleniec - neologism by ninaL's (copyright) = the tanned one

This is a great one, Teresa. They walk upon the slivery shore like images from a dream. I can almost hear them laughing in the breeze with the sound of the waves behind them. I think it's very beautiful. Best, -Hugh

Dobre, dobre! Ta breja najwyraźniej zaczaiła się na tę biedną parę. masz może puentę, jak leżą w tym błotku? I to ma być humorystyczne zdjęcie? Nie żartuj sobie. Eksperyment z ostrością... no nie powiem, intrygujący.

wiele dobrego zrobiło tutaj ziarno, rozmycie, konwersja do cz/b...
taka zabawa w domysły sie z tego zdjęcia zrobiłą...niby widać o co chodzi, jest tam parka, jest plaża...ale miejsce na różne pomysły interpretacyjne pozostawione...to takie zdjęcie koncepcyjne, które dobrze by wyglądało w serii z 2 - 3 innymi o podobnej stylistyce...to jest niestety cecha, której brakuje na te...

Hi Teresa,
This series of three photos in search of homologues of the "Opulent"-Mr. George Grabarczyk photographic report of his little paradise is really delicious. He is certainly pushing our imagination, and I think he found on you a very fair interlocutor. The three images you have presented to illustrate the ‘counterparts’ of Polonaise picture are exquisite, and the way you have linked them and highlighted their specific content is really genial and deserves an effusive bravo!
