I visited the Zywiec Brewery Museum.
One of the exhibitions.
The Zywiec Brewery Museum was opened on September 9, 2006 in the rock cellars of ¯ywiec Brewery forged on the occasion of its 150th anniversary.
Zywiec is a town in south-central Poland.
The town is situated in the center of the Zywiec Basin, on the So³a river near Zywiec Lake in the Lesser Poland historic region and includes Zywiec Landscape Park, one of the eight protected areas in the voivodeship.

I am not sure what part of the brewing process is shown here, but it looks like an interesting museum anyway. It's always fascinating to see how well known products are made. The light was not so easy to handle but you did well.

Bonjour Krzysztof,
Une bien jolie composition .En regardant la tête du mannequin, j'ai l'impression que c'en est bien un mais ses mains ont l'air tellement réalistes que c'est troublant.

Krzysztof, that room located in the brewery museum reconstitutes a woodwork workshop. The man working here in the past was responsible for building the beer barrels in wood. The visitor can appreciate its tools as well as a beautiful drawing. Fine colors, good image quality, instructive photo note, regards.
