Photographer's Note
The series from Bieszczady is over. I invite those who haven't seen it yet but now a few words about my new reportage. Neglected district of Katowice - north of the center. In the vincinity of this place a hundred year old buildings dominate. Some of the houses are even from the second half of the 19th century. They were built in a specific way to separate a square courtyard in the back. This is one of those yards....a playground.
PS:It's better to watch it in a dark room or with your lights turned off.

You really have a superb way of achieving low-key photos with rich dark tones. The texture and grafitti of the wall is very well rendered and the red glow fom inside the building adds depth and mystery. One of my favourites!.
Here one could wish for a darker background color on the TE-page, perhaps a style-sheets switcher.

A witam sasiada :)
U sasiada widze tez zagoscila tendencja nieco bardziej kolorystyczna :)
Podoba mnie sie przewrotny numer :)
A powazniej mowiac to sie obawiam, ze inni uczestnicy forum TE po po naszej solidnej porcji "szarej, polskiej rzeczywistosci" (nawet jesli podawana bedzie nie tylko w sepii ale i w pelnej palecie RGB) nie zostatna zacheceni do wpadniecia ze swymi fotoaparatami na polowanie na ciekawe widoczki.... moze powinnismy zamieszczac bardziej malownicze perspektywy polskiego krajobrazu (nawet jesli mialyby to byc monidla :)

The faint glow in the doorway and graphitti catch the tone of this very well. Interesting shot, but probably a bit less accesible than your previous series.

Strzez sie tych miejsc - mowia slowa piosenki.
Fota fajna ale niezbyt proturystyczna, jak juz to zauwazyl Wojtek.
Niezly klimat i kolorystyka. Przyznaje dodatkowe punkty za odwage.

Poczte dostalem. Postaraj sie wyslac jeszcze raz. Nie uzywaj polskich czcionek, albo sprobuj napisac wszystko w "Arial" font. ARIAL zdaje sie ze akceptuje te wszystkie zawijasy, przecinki i kutasiki.
