Photographer's Note
T-34 - one of the two remaining in Gliwice after second world war, workin' ofcourse as a monuments now, without ability to move. But still... There is "something" about this tank... Simple, tough, excellent shape... The building in the back seems to be a perfect contrast - post-communistic building wrapped with billboards from the present... It was a foggy, and shady day, so not much of a postprocessing was needed on this photo (sepia, autolevels, some blur at the corners to pop-up the main element).Thank You.

Like no other this tank looks great. The block of flats behind too. Doskonałe bardzo NASZE. Wcale nie ironicznie- coś jakby symbol - i ten czołg i orzełek i ten blok klasyczny we mgle - naszości lat powojennych , tak do siedemdziesiątych. Ci ludzie w tych mieszkankach gdzieś wtle i domyśle i ten czoł- i cały ogrom skojarzeń związanych z nim
i gdzieś między tymi znaczeniami ta szarość. Polska. Jeszcze raz - świetne.

Learnt alot about soviet armour when I was in the army, never every saw one of these though.
Thats got to be second world war prehaps!
I think its a good choice in sepia but would have preferred the tank off center a bit, prehaps with more trre in.

Very well!Interesting photo. Usualy we can see T34 on a pedestal for show.
Cheap built in huge quantities to run over the German Tigers like no other.

-nieodparcie kojarzy się z Rudym.
Szkoda ,że w tle jest tak wyraźnie widoczny budynek...
ale ta mgiełka dodaje klimatu.
