Photographer's Note

This photo may look familiar to you. I started my reportage from Torun with a picture from nearly the same point of view:
Both photos were taken on the New Town Market Square of Torun. New Town not necessarily meaning it is new but probably newer than the Old Town. It is the actual name of the place. I really wanted to show the previous photo because it focuses closer on the church which has a split tower at the top, as if a two headed dragon. This photo here shows a scene with the whole New Town Hall in the foreground and that same church further in the distance. In this photo the church is almost difficult to notice. Also in addition to the town hall itself, the picture has one more interesting aspect included: to be able to take in as wide view as possible I went into a shop entrance and it so happened that I was so deep inside that I was able to include the elaborate metal signboard as if floating in the sky.
