Hello Pawel,
I believe that the cropping and the frame could be better. I was imagining this picture not so square with some crop on the right side. Nevertheless, I find this a very good shot with a lot of strength. It has definitely something. Also very good is the processing, very rough and raw. Like it a lot!
What I really do not like, never did, is personal names on the frame. They just do not make sense.

I like the square format here and crop, actually - it brings focus on this man and his plight. And the PP is terrific, giving the impression of an old and used print. Excellent stuff.
