STORY BEHIND THE PHOTO
I am back from Christmas holidays which I spent in my hometown Tarnów. Every time I visit Tarnów I hope to take some photos, but the time with family passes so quickly that not much is left for photography. Plus again, I have taken the Irish weather with me, having white sky most of the time.
The photo presents a church which I have frequently visited as a child and young boy. I always wanted to photograph it at the blue hour. The busy crossroad makes an interesting context but at the same time it adds plenty of unwanted light reflexes in the sky.

ABOUT THE CHURCH
Holy Family Church has two almost identical towers. Built in 1904-1906 in the neogothic style according to the design by Jan Sas-Zubnycki. Consecrated 1908. It was damaged in the WWII.
