Photographer's Note

Fathers (Ojców)- a village in Poland, near Kraków, in the Valley Pr±dnik, on the Eagles' Nests Trail.

Beautifully situated in the area (spa with medicinal sources), the central point of Father's National Park (24 km from Cracow). It has a castle built on a steep rock by Casimir the Great (tower preserved, the remains of the gate, chapel, walls and bridge). At this point Pr±dnik Valley narrows to about 20 m. In the vicinity should see the peculiar, suspended above the stream stream Pradnik, "chapel on the water." There are several wooden villa, built at the turn of the century in the Swiss style. Local interesting are the steep, limestone cliffs Ojcowski National Park (the most famous - Hercules' Club), the host strangest shapes. For tourists two caves available: Dark and Grotto Short.
