Photographer's Note
On a ferry trip up Hardangerfjord you pass lots of dramatic scenery. You also get a peak into the life of those who live on the steep land beside the fjord.
Opposite the town of Lofthus is a fruit growing area with lots of apples and other stone fruit being grown on steep and, I assume, very well drained slopes.
All the trees appear to be espaliered to grow save space.
Taken from the ferry, hence the f stop of 4.5 and high shutter speed. Processed on my tablet.

Hello Ian,
This is a great shot of this beautiful view. The shot is divided nicely by the line of homes in the middle of the groves. The lines created by the trees lead the eye through the perfectly. The lighting and colors are great and the photo has excellent sharpness.
TFS,
Asa
