Hello Joel,
It's a nice view of the colorful houses at the foot of the snow covered hills. I think the many colors are just a Norwegian tradition, seen in many places all over the country. But you had a nice theory. ;-)

Hi Joel,
I can tell you there are much more colourful houses in mainland Norway. But this row of uniform houses is quite impressive anyway. I guess April is a good time to go there. Plenty of snow but days are already long.
