Photographer's Note
Same location as my previous work last winter.
Not the clear Winter, but the misty Autumn of our island ** Schouwen-Duiveland this time...
Walking through the polders of * Zeeland, always good for a "lovely shot".
And it is nothing more than that... I'm afraid ;o) and I would have liked more land on this one, but I decided to post it because Georges likes the "Big Skies" of the nothern European countries.
* The province of Zeeland, is situated in the south west of The Netherlands, limited by
The province is divided in Flanders, formed by former islands in the Scheldt estuary. The main islands are Walcheren, North Beveland, South Beveland, Tholen most east, and ** Schouwen-Duivenland where we live.
** The Island called Schouwen-Duiveland, in Zeeland isn't quite an island anymore as it is connected to others with:
All those dams and bridges are part of the Delta Works.

Photographier le même paysage avec des différentes conditions athmosphérique est une bonne idée.
Ce serait intéressant aussi à des saisons différentes.
Je suis sûr que la photo originale est meilleure que celle ci ; la compression JPEG à provoqué l'apparition d'ondulations sur le ciel.

This has a beautiful feeling. I particularly like the row of trees. The lights in the windows of the house - a sign of human presence - add a lot to the picture.

The mist is very nice here, as are the soft colors. It is probably not super important, but I do find the shapes a little soft. You don't say if you used a tripod and I am assuming you didn't. I think this could be even a little better if the shapes were sharper, but it is still a very nice shot.

I like the soft colours produced by the mist. The light in the house tells the viewer that there is human presens in this picture. Very well done Viviane.

Dit is een prachtig beeld van Nederland, met de zo typerende platheid in het landschapsbeeld en de gestructureerde manier van bomenplanting :-)

Où sont passées les tulipes? Interesting to see your house (I guess, if I red well former comments) with different moods. Nice pastel soft colors, poplars giving a very nice image in the fog. A very good autumn picture.

The horizontal layers created by the colors, shapes and shades create an impression of peace and quiet. The fog compliments that experience. Lovely, just lovely! Thanks for sharing your images with the world!

The pastel colours and slightly soft focus add to the atmosphere of this picture, together with the bare trees you can feel that this photo is taken in winter.

d'une manière generale j'adore la maniere dont tu construit tes photos, iil y a tj qqchose d'interessant.
j'aime bien ce cliché, qui donne un peu ds le romantisme et le nostalgique...c joli ce pastel.
