Photographer's Note

Ulcinj Beach as seen from the terrace of a bar up within the 'old' walled city overlooking the town. There isn't much left that is old after the 1979 earthquake. Mostly newer looking restaurants. I had a cold apple cider as it was 36c. My hotel is beside the mosque in the distance. The carpet of red and blue umbrellas stretched right across the beach. The water is shallow as far as the protective net and great for children. There is a lot of trash in the water near the boats. Think I will save my next swim for Albania.
