Photographer's Note
Beaufort, Luxembourg.
I grew up in this lovely vilage called Beaufort, so as we have easter I went to see my parents yesterday. On my way home I stopped at the castle to take this postcard for TE. Around 10.3o in the morning is an excellent time to shot from this angle.
The ancient castle of Beaufort was originally built in the 12th century and was later reinforced in the 16th century by Count Mansfeld, Governor of Luxembourg.
Beaufort ("Beefort") is a village in eastern Luxembourg. It is part of the canton of Echternach and has a population of 1,366 (2005).
PP: I did some curve corrections separately on the lake and the upper part of the image, enhanced saturation and sharpened the swan a bit seperately.

Hello Mike,
A designer postcard I would say ;-) A lovely view of the old castle nicely reflected in the lake and beautifully counter-balanced by the foreground swan. Very nice lighting and delicate colours. Excellent sharpness.
