Photographer's Note

Albarella is named 'island', but in fact is a peninsula. I was here for (as usually!) a half-marathon run.
Albarella is in the Adriatic sea, placed between the mouths of the two italian biggers rivers Adige (at north) and Po (south).
It's not in the venetian laguna, but the environment is almost the same.
It's a private property and normally you must have a pass for visit it. In fact Albarella is today a big holiday village full of villas and with a seaport with hundreds of costly boats.
The contrast with these little old traditional fisherman's boats is strident... but i like the quiet implicit philosophy and the colors of these last!
I hope you also.
