Construite autour du style génois-gothique, l'église a été finalement accomplie en 1277
elle a été construite sur le temple ancien de Venere Ericina, ou également sur une église du Palaeo-chrétien légèrement moins ancienne.

Salut Roland,les couleurs sont un peu froides,surement parce qu'on a beaucoup de bleu dans la composition,mais on peu bien voir l'eglise de Portovenere depuis la mer tres bien,capture magnifique et tres bien detaillee'! Belle soiree' et merci,Luciano

L'église sur le rocher nous est bien montrée et parallèlement les deux bateaux avec leur sillage.
Une très belle photo avec la dominante bleue.

Hello Roland,
I like the rather dark tones of this photo, which makes the contrasts between blue and grey very distinct. The church and fortifications on the wall are superb eye-catchers which are well balanced by the boats and the wake behind them.

Magnificent sight of the bay and the San Pietro church at edge of the rocks facing view out to the open sea.
The boats gave great sense of motion to the scene.
