Photographer's Note
I so much enjoy Venice. It is a special place for picture taking. In every direction. The structures are old, often now misshaped, but so very pleasant. The towers settle and tip slightly ... but it all works. There is unique life here.

Hello David - Although the weather looks fairly dull here the colours of the buildings are wonderfully rich and varied. A fine vantage point has paid dividends allowing for a superb composition with the fabulous little bridge and the water flowing under it to anchor the shot and create a natural lead in line.Very attractive work with superb detail. Warm regards rosemary

Hello David,
Your viewpoint was very well chosen. The architecture and colours are typically Italian and of course the winding canal suggests Venice. So glad that you enjoyed Venice - everytime that I have been there it has been flooded but still wonderful!
A very nice, crisp image.

Hi David,
A great view of the structures and canals, good POV, also good clarity on a dull and rainy day.

Hi David
like this! A superbly detailed and colourful shot of this TE favourite. Despite the rain it still retains the magic of this place and actually enhances the colours and atmosphere. Execution is flawless and the presentation beautiful.
Have a great weekend - regards Brian.

Howdy David,
Your collage of classical Venice buildings captures the imagination, crowded and antique from centuries ago, with lots of warm tones.
I really got attracted to Venice when James Bond had his climax there in "From Russia With Love".
Have an excellent weekend,
Sincerely,
Ray

Hi dear David
Sorry again for my late reaction weekday, so busy for many things.
Another greatly tranqlized image for tasteful view via so tasteful and calm color touch in the best cropping format. Various red color tones are very impressive.
Thanks a lot and have a good weekend! Takero

Hello David,
You did there a real photo postcard ... the one that makes you want to travel. I invite you to read (but may be you know?) Books Dona Leon Inquiries Commissioner Brunetti ... a true travel guide written by one of your countrymen who now lives in Venice.
Well done!.
Sincerely,
Jean Philippe

What a wonderful perspective of Venice. I never saw it from this POV when I was there recently. Great color and cropping make it a very intrieguing photo. Thanks for the view. This photo draws you in to study the individual buildings. Thanks for the journey.
