Photographer's Note
Our second day in Milan has permitted us to visit some more confidential places, far from the touristic influx of centre city.
The Navigli is one of these areas.
Two channels pass through the area : Naviglio Grande, the oldest (it was built in XIIth - XIIIth centuries), and Naviglio Pavese (XIXth century).
Both meet at Darsena di Porta Ticinese. They are part of a larger system of channels that pass through Milan county.

Salut Delphine,je ne peu pas ne m'arreter face a une photo de mon Naviglio..ehee..le Naviglio Grande passe par mon village avant de arriver a Milan,et c'est jolie le voir avec une photo prise par des yeux etrangers.Une capture de grande classe avec excellente gestione de la lumiere et magnifiques reflections aussi.Mes complimments et belle soiree',Luciano

Hello Delphine,
Always nice to say new areas in famous cities. I would never have guessed that this was Milan. Your shot is beautifully managed with a careful composition and light management. A super, clean image with some very good colours and reflections.
