Photographer's Note

The Aqueduct Park is a green area of the city of Rome. The name derives from the presence of seven elevated or underground aqueducts that supplied the ancient and papal Rome: Anio Vetus (underground), Marcia, Tepula, Iulia and Felice (stacked), Claudia and Anio Novus (overlapping). Represents the residue of a stretch of the Roman countryside which originally stretched without interruption until the Colli Albani. In the past the area was known as Old Rome from the homonymous farmhouse.
