Photographer's Note

No.5 on this mini-series on San-Gimignano, not the last on future posts about this magnificent tourist destination:
The Piazza-della-Cisterna, when entered from Via san-Givanni, a round / triangle-shape and uphill- sloped Piazza.
Info. on the Piazza from Wikipedia, an interesting story: "Cisterna" is an underground–built water-reservoir, and the Piazza was originally the cover of this basin-structure's.
WS attached with an upwards look on the towers from the Piazza.
