Very nice capture of festival category to show the men going back to old times of cooking with wood. Good sharp detail of the scene.

I would believe that you might have faced some space restriction in not able to give full view of the FG man and crop of the blue pail?

Looks like they are a bit shy of the camera :)

A nice portrayal of an interesting social gathering. We call it Rizhota - I guess it`s the same thing. A very lively and vibrant motive. Too bad you can not smell the photos. :)

queste sembrano davvero foto d'altri tempi! Il tuo lavoro sulla Sagra della ricotta è davvero molto bello, le immagini sono intense ed i colori realistici...tutto ci parla di un mondo che sembra scomparire giorno dopo giorno, per questo le tue foto acquisiscono valore.

Mi piace un sacco, sia come soggetto sia come colore e nitidezza. Ed apprezzo comunque a priori quanto tu, Giorgio e Francesco avete scattato alla Festa della Ricotta di Vizzini. Queste foto sono un documento delle nostre tradizioni secolari se non millenarie che purtroppo stanno scomparendo, e con loro la NOSTRA cultura!

Grande la ricotta, magra e saporita.
E poi i cannoli, e la cassata.
Un dosaggio di colori molto "efficace" (ma sicuramente c'è un aggettivo migliore ed adeguato)
Il celeste del recipiente contrasta dai colori delle persone e mesieri.
Sembra un altro mondo, un vedere ripetersi nel tempo ......una tradizione che ha del quotidiamo

interesting scene! the photo is very well composed - with these two men creating a diagonal line which adds an element of dynamism to the image and helps the viewer see all the objects/elements in the photo.
