Nice silhouettes of the buildings in the fore and background. The light of the lamps create a nice contrast to the mostly dark colours. Good point of view and sharpness. Thanks Silvia :-)

Hi Silvia,

Nice picture of Venice, it is definitely a very nice town.
The sky is beautiful, but the land with its buildings is just too dark, given that it has taken such a big space of the picture. The black space under the bridge is just too big, it takes in a lot of attention.

If you wanted to take a picture because of the sky, in my opinion there should only be the silhouettes of the buildings (meaning = decrease brightness), and in that case the sea and land could be cut out.
But if you wanted to show both the sky AND the city, then I think you could add some brightness to the buildings so we could actually see them. Even in that case I still think the land in front and the area below the bridge should not be there.
