Une vue bien sûr très célèbre du Canal Grande , depuis le Ponte della Costituzione , avec le point de mire le dôme vert de la Chiesa San Simeon Piccolo . Mais particulièrement attrayante dans cette lumière de fin de journée automnale .

Hello Denis,
The light is indeed very attractive, bringing out the colours and detail in the beautiful buildings to perfection. The green dome of the church makes an excellent focal point contrasting nicely with the golden toned façades.

Bonjour Denis,
Vraiment très belle la lumière sur le grand canal surtout lorsqu'elle contraste aussi bien avec le ciel foncé au loin. Le dôme vert est magnifique.

Hi Denis,
It is a classic view. But rarely presented on such fantastic light. Contrast between warm toned sunshine and cloudy sky is wonderful. Off centre framing works well.

The light is strikingly beautiful!
I like how it is illuminating the facades of the buildings, whilst the dome stands out, like a beacon, above them all!
The gathering gloom of night makes a strong contrast with the highlighted buildings and adds atmosphere.

Bonjour Denis,
wow, the light has been amazing there and you made a perfect use of it being in a spectacular spot.
the dome attracts very much the attention but I like also the foreground so full of typical Venetian elements and architecture.
Great dark sky contrasts pleasantly with warm lit buildings.
I remember when I visited Venice I had one day with such weather as well but it was in pre digital times and my photos got quite damaged over time.
Breath taking view, a true master piece, congratulations!
