Photographer's Note
As I wrote previously Palazzo Madama, in the middle of Castello square, has different souls: one Medieval, as you see here, with the old fortess dating XIII century (but restyled around), another Baroque, due to the raising of Savoy family in the European panorama, which I already posted.
And third, the castle has in the undergrounds several Roman walls, witnesses of the Roman history of the town, so it is a unique timeline talking of the ancient origin of Turin and its role in Italian events during more then two thousand years.
So the castle is a World Heritage Site of UNESCO.
Here there is also another pleasant artistic work of the same author of the "Valentines" (already posted)

Bonjour, chère Camilla,
Une photo qui sort des sentiers battus, la présence de ces sculptures contemporaines à proximité de bâtiments.
Une composition réussie avec un sujet intéressant.
Très bonne journée.
Amitiés.

Do you recognize this gate? see the WS of this post, Camilla.
The impressive edifice of the old castle in mid-town Torino can't be un-noticed while walking around the big piazza there. We did not spend night time in Torino, but the view is no-less impressive, the mild illuminations made the castle even more mysterious sight.
Buona serata,
Ike
