Photographer's Note
The world-famous wine region of The Langhe in Center-Southeast Piemonte, is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.
This lonely cedar tree atop a vineyard of Nebbiolo grapes yielding Barolo wine is quite a view even from afar, as it sits on private land and direct access is prohibited.
The tree was planted in 1856 by a couple as a memory of their wedding.

Ciao,si sente tutta la voglia di uscire di casa dopo i mesi del lockdown in questa composizione minimalista di grande impatto,bel gioco di luci e ombre sui vigneti ed il cielo perfetto per completare il quadretto nel modo miglior,interessante anche l'albero solitario,ultimo testimone di una coppia passata a miglior vita.
