Photographer's Note

Good Morning Everyone,

We're on the Spanish Steps in Rome.
I debated for quite a while about which photograph to post as the main one but the workshop, which shows the steps as a whole, is a scene that is probably most often posted. So, instead, I opted for this, which I found intriguing.

I was standing besides the "Fountain of the Old Boat' gazing across towards the Spanish Steps, which were incredibly busy, when I noticed this couple, presumably father and son. They were perusing the back page of the newspaper and the father appeared to be explaining something very carefully.

I wondered if, like many English newspapers, the back page was devoted to football. Maybe the father was explaining how their team had succeeded, or how they could have done better!

When you look at the w/s, you will be able to see how this pair fit into the wider context.

I wonder if either of them ever look at TE. What a surprise if they found themselves on one of the photographs!!

Have a happy, safe, w/e, Bev :-)
