Although often photographed, the Pantheon (and the sun shining through the ocular) always is very imprerssive.
Reminds me also of the film "the discovery of heaven"; I can reccommend to read this 'magnum opus' of the Dutch writer Harry Mulish.

Hello Henri,
The light management and resolution are superb in this version of the frequently photographed scene. The beauty of the Pantheon's ceiling, indeed the entire interior never ceases to leave me awestruck. Thanks for sharing this shot. Did you see Raphael's tomb inside the building?
