Achill Island est une presqu'ile au nord de l'Irlande qui vaut par bien des aspects le détour.
Le temps y est bien plus changeant qu'ailleurs en Irlande. On passe ainsi du grand ciel bleu à la tempête en 10 minutes.
La photo a été prise par un jour de grand vent, et pourtant, le ciel était au grand bleu 15 minutes plus tôt.

C'est sauvage et impressionnant. La photo rend bien l'atmosphère de tempète. Mais je pense qu'elle gagnerait en impact si l'œil ne butait pas sur le premier plan trop "plancher des vaches". En recadrant ainsi, on plongerait directement dans l'élément marin.

This is a great shot. I love the atmosphere it creates. The muted colours and the action of the waves bring this to life. One suggestion would be to take off about half of the sky because I think there is too much which does not add to the shot.

Lovely shot...Wonderful colours on the sea and beautiful lanscape. I like the rocks and the movement of the water, the feeling that a storm is coming is really strong.
I agree that you should try to crop a little from the sky at the top, and maybe a little from the bottom too, to give more focus to the rocks and the waves. I am not sure that it will help, but why not give it a try?
No matter that, it is a very good image, well done and thank you for sharing!

Very nice landscape. The landscape looks very rough and rugged, yet beautiful.

Un paysage comme je les aime : la nature confrontée aux éléments naturels, les couleurs ardoises, les embruns presque persceptibles, l'isolement des lieux...
Le seul petit reproche ... le premier plan trop présent dans la composition... limite en le supprimant l'immensité du spectacle est amplifiée.
