Photographer's Note
This park can look lovely any time of the year and certainly worth a visit to get an idea of the grand demense as it existed in 19th century Ireland.

Hello Ger,
welcome to TE! This is a lovely autumnal view. I like the different layers in this scene: the fallen leaves in the foreground, the small bit of water and colorful trees in the center, and then the beautiful house off in the distance. The branches and leaves frame the top nicely. I'm just wondering: what's the dark silhouette in the left part of the photo? Here's a bit of TE advice: more people will be drawn to your gallery if you write some critiques. :-) Have fun here!

Hi Ger,
I agree with Bev above, there is a lot of nice elements to this picture, the deep autumn tones, the old house set in the distance which looks particularly great when you zoom in and see how the house is framed by the tree. The old tree that makes the silhouette on the left looks almost like the form of a person, and makes me feel like we are sharing the view with somebody else. I look forward to seeing more of your photos.
Cheers
Noel
