Photographer's Note
These are the rails of tram no. 19 in Budapest, going under the famous Chain Bridge, landmark of the Hungarian Capital.
I loved the curving perspective with the characteristic yellow spot of the Budapester tram in the focal point.
Anyway tram no. 19 going on the Buda side of the river Danube can be used for a low-cost hop-on/hop-off sighseeing since there are so many must-visit-places on its route and because of the gorgeous panoramic view to the elegant quais of Pest and the Parliament.
Here are the stops:
1/ Batthyany sq. with churches, hospitals, civic houses all built in Baroque style, close to Kiraly bath and Margaret bridge
2/ Szilagyi Dezso sq. with a brick-walled Calvinist church
3/ Halasz str. with Institut Francais, a cultural hub, and nice restos and bars
4/ Dobrentei sq. with the pictouresque ruins of Zwinger Bazaar and the recently renovated Neorenaissance palace of Zwinger Casino
5/ Adam Clark sq. with the Chain bridge and the Funicular to the Castle, National Gallery, Mattias Church and Fishermens' Bastion
6/ Rudas Turkish Medical Spa and the white Art Deco Elisabeth bridge
7/ Gellert sq. with the amazingly revitalized Art Nouveau hotel and thermal bath, rocky hill of St. Gerardo with the Citadel and iconic Liberty monument on the top, green Fin-de-Siecle Liberty Bridge and well-preserved university buildings.
Budapest is a city worth visting and enjoying.
By tram 19, why not!

szia Jalab,
I was just about to suggest the idea of using this tram as Hip/on-Hip/Off solution to visit Budapest....when I read your note.
as far as the picture is concerned, nice perspective and sense of dynamic
but the note is the real core: a good suggestion to experience budapest in a different way

PS: next to this point I shot my (probably) best night picture of Budapest...

Hi Jalab
yes, this is a good framing, you well captured this scene , choosing the right moment, when the tram was coming out from the tunnel.
Well done!
