An interesting village scene. The white of the castle really stands out well. Well composed to make use of the road to lead our eye in to the image.

Hi Thomas. I love your composition here, with the roading winding through the shot, the lovely curve of the hill in the distance with the sunlit castle, and the village houses stepping down the hillside. I've been to Platamona and the kastro many times and to Palios Panteleimon once - very interesting the way they've restored it. Thanks for bringing back some lovely memories.

This is an excellently composed view, with the road leading through it and the hill and castle in the background. I think the image needs some saturation of colours.

What caught my attention in the thumbnail was that winding road, taking my eyes into the image and to the castle in the back...
This is a well balanced composition, depicting a pleasant landscape!
Maybe your image is suffering from a slight colours cast, a pass through auto level in Photoshop will prabably help out...

Γεια σου Θωμά.
Η θέα του κάστρου από εκεί που ήσουν, με ένα μέρος του οικισμού, είναι όμορφη. Οι συνθήκες της ατμόσφαιρας δεν βοήθησαν, όμως δεν μπορούμε να βρισκόμαστε όποτε θέλουμε, εκεί που θα θέλαμε. Άλλωστε η φωτογραφία αποθανατίζει την "στιγμή". Προσωπικά μου αρέσει και δίνω μεγάλη αξία στις "στιγμές" πολλές από τις οποίες με κάνουν να πετώ στα ουράνια. Η ευρύτερη περιοχή με τον Όλυμπο να κυριαρχεί είναι η αιτία. Σε ευχαριστούμε για την παρουσίαση αυτή.
