Returning from a day's sailing around the island, the little boat "Karoline" returns to the safety of picturesque Pothia Harbour on the Greek island of Kalymnos.

Hello Brian,
There is an air of festivity about your shot, maybe because it is so colourful.
The wake of the boat makes a nice lead and sense of movement, whilst the small, colourful harbour looks extremely welcoming.
Who wouldn't want to come and spend a holiday, here!
Even more attractive when the weather outside is grey and damp.

Hello Brian,
A few cases of sunburn there by the looks of it but all seem to have enjoyed themselves. The yacht sits nicely against the picturesque background. Good choice of the panoramic subject to concentrate the attention. Ideally exposed with pleasing warm lights and colours. A very pleasant reminder of warmer days and holidays.

I like the city in background with the mountain as decoration above the city.

Hello Brian,
I don't think I have been to this picturesque Greek Island, but the province name sounds familiar. Rhodes, perhaps? Good sharpness and wonderful repetition of the tan colour throughout. The fg boat reminds me of similar pleasure cruises in Turkey. I chose instead to do a 3 day yacht cruise in a gulet, without the hordes of tourists. Wait, I did go on the 12 islands trip from Fethiye, but I can handle just a day of a crowded boat especially with frequent swimming stops in the Aegean! Tfs!
