I am the first one to congratulate you in this double celebrations! 8 years is a quite lomg time to post many beautiful photos. Isn't it a great place for learning? But more important are the friendships made, as I always say, and I hope to meet you in the future too. Superb composition with a beautiful bay, attractive long bridge and windmills on the hill.

Impressionnant le recul à prendre pour inclure l'ensemble de ce pont dans une seule photo. Il est de toute beauté et il semble léger dans le paysage, presque aérien.

Kalispera Danos,
This bridge can be seen from high in the sky, as I did taken it's photo while in flight to Verona, Italia in 6/2011, take a look here.
It doe's have a remarable appearence and from the side you taken the pic., it mingle superbly with the surrounding bay and mountains. Impressive shot with stunning blue.

i segni del tempo si vedono, il paesaggio non è certo quello che vedeva Zeus....
Sulle montagne si vedono le pale eoliche, magari nell'antichità c'erano i mulini a vento, mentre le famose navi con le vele greche sono state sostituite dal grande ponte.
Ma a vista rimane comunque splendida.
Ottimo scatto, una foto ben composta con un bellissimo paesaggio.

That is one heck of a view well taken from a good view point depicting the bridge as prominent subject and feast for the eyes An extremely wonderful example of modern infrastructural architecture, which I admire. A great panorama that gives us a broad view of this beautiful place, the bridge looks like butterfly wings across the Gulf, this dry grass in the foreground, with its golden color, is a nice contrast to the deep blue sea.
Wonderful clarity and colors.

Also this happens here, dry grass at the front given a kind of frame at the landscape at the back with the well positioned bridge
