Photographer's Note
I make this photo before be a TE member. Since the beggining until now I know that I've changed the photos that I do. Anyway, this one has something that I like.
But the real reason for post this photo is that a few days "barrufeto_77" posted a similar photo.
Is the same place and then I thought that could be interesting post this one.
Same place, but, I think, different.
Architecture by Santiago Calatrava and the magic of the Paralympic Games. Public everywhere and also a very fun time.
Was that sky what I saw, and then I wanted make this photo.
And also I want dedicate this one to all the people who make possible the Games, I mean specially the volunteers. And even, specially all the volunteers that I meet then: Maria, Eli, Efi, Hristos, Efi, Maria, Irini,... Thanks to all of them.
I hope you like.
(also I have posted a WS where you can see this photo in black and white... I am not very convinced about the photo and I have prefered this version)

Hi Carlos,
Wonderful photo! I like all those shapes, patterns and light. I think I prefer the colored version over the B&W. If you don’t mind, I made a quick WS, increasing contrasts and highlight.
Cheers,
Alon

Hola Carlos:

I love the graphic lines on this Carlos; a wonderful piece of architecture. All the people really give it scale. Is it indoors or open-air archways?

Hi Carlos
from the last 3 I find this one best how you integrated this graphical lines to the people below, well seen and framed, I like it, even the B&W is excellent for the graphical qualities of the shot.

Hi Carlos, With its blue/grey light this picture conveys a strange feeling: it is as if you show us the gate to muted world. People are dwarfed by the huge structure and the dim light weights on them as if an heavy silence was crushing the crowd. It's amazing how that feeling disapears from the picture in Alon WS.

Hmmmm.

Hi Carlos,
Excellent composition and great point of view. I like all these curves from Calatrava structure and the light you captured. The crowd gives life and action to the picture. Very nice note too!

Hola Carlos,
very nice to see this canopy with all the people underneath, this event is all about people!
The duality of the sky makes it even more interesting. I went to post my latest photo and I noticed that there were another two recent ones of the same subject!
Yours is one of them and it is interesting to see how different they all are!
Regards, Eleni

This is a fabulous building, Carlos, I love the curves of the huge arches. They make the people look so small and insignificant. Nice light too.
